Preparatory education: University of Central Oklahoma, (Master of Arts/Political Science, Summa Cum Laude), University of Central Oklahoma, (Bachelor of Arts/Sociology); Legal education: Oklahoma City University (Juris Doctor with Honors); Certificates: University of Oklahoma, University of Texas at Dallas, Oklahoma State University, Georgetown University Law Center, University of Virginia.

Appointments: Former advisor to Oklahoma Governors George Nigh and Henry Bellmon; PARB Representative for Oklahoma Governor Frank Keating. Published Works: include articles on Political Process, Legal Liability, Constitutional Jurisprudence, Public Employee Labor Advocacy and monographs on Public Policy, Municipal Finance and Public Administration.


Career Training: FBI National Academy 138th Session, Southwestern Law Enforcement Institute 17th Command College, Southwest Homicide Institute, Oklahoma City Police Academy. Former: Metro Police Detective Captain (Retired), Attorney with practice emphasis in criminal defense and government litigation.

Current Criminal Justice Courses: Principles of Investigation, Criminal Profiling, Terrorism, Criminal Procedure, CyberForensics, and Criminology.
